Enjoyed the class although I am remote. (an on line student) I found the classroom chatter a little distracting AND yet valuable as much of it was side conversations that was related and those that were not helped with the normal class room feel. Jim is a unique individual that has a unique training style that I really enjoyed. Not only did I learn alot about VMware, but also enjoyed his stories. Our instructor Jim is very knowledgeable person who does not depend on slides rather combine slides informations with his real life experiences. Very helpful during the lab and answered all questions during class. He made us feel at ease in class with his personality. He made learning fun rather then tense.
