James D. Corder (our facilitator) did an excellent job teaching this course. Based on his responses to student`s questions and the "added" information related to VMware that he provided, I believe that James is extremely knowledgeable with this technology. I would attend any VMware courses where James would be the facilitator. This course was time and money "Well Spent", by my company for my enrollment.

Jim was personable and very helpful. The best thing about Jim was his ability to remain patient with students that did not read directions. He never once seemed condescending or "holier than thou". He was a great instructor to have.

The instructor displayed great knowledge of the product and was able to provide answers to all of our questions... some of these questions were very difficult and detailed. I was pleased with the instruction and course setup.
