Jim is a nerd among nerds; truly an IT professional of sufficient experience, age, and personal anecdote. He used personal examples well to illustrate the whys and how tos that fit very well within the class, making topics more easily understood. I also feel as though I am now a member of his home town and can stop in any time...!! Personality a plus; thank you for an instructor that not only understood the material but also did not drone monotonously without personality. Please ensure Jim teaches all VMware classes from now on! (He might need another raise)

Really enjoyed this course and the instructor did a fantastic job. I am coming back in March for additional training and might actually be disappointed if I do not get this same instructor. I got more from this class than the last I believe as a result of his training method.
